Background

Sebastian Henrich has been working for Schindhelm in Osnabrück since January 2024.

After his accreditation in 2014, he initially worked for five years in the area of corporate law / M&A at the boutique law firm Glade Michel Wirtz, Düsseldorf. He then worked - both in his hometown of Bielefeld - as Head of Legal at a listed mechanical engineering company and at a law firm.

Sebastian Henrich studied at the University of Münster and received his doctorate with a thesis in the field of stock corporation law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.
