Gregor Haidenthaler has extensive experience and expertise in corporate transactions, structuring and corporate succession as well as in the areas of IT law and data protection.
As a certified data protection officer, he regularly advises companies of all sizes on the creation and conceptualisation of both general and project-specific data protection structures.
Gregor Haidenthaler played a leading role in the drafting and negotiation of the first Code of Conduct in connection with the GDPR at European level.
He also advises and supports issuers and listed companies on ongoing capital market law issues, capital market transactions and the organisation and holding of general meetings.
Gregor Haidenthaler is a regular author in renowned journals, including the German Journal for IT Law and Digitalisation Law.
