Background

Julian Benner joined Schindhelm as a lawyer in Osnabrück in 2023.

After his admission to the bar in 2021, he worked for a law firm in Cologne specializing in IP law.

Julian Benner completed his studies of law at the Universities of Marburg and Münster, where he already focused on intellectual property law. During his legal clerkship, he gained further experience in the field of antitrust and foreign trade law at two major international law firms as well as at the German Federal Cartel Office.
