Background
Joachim Möbius has worked for our EBiT Tax – Group office in Porta Westfalia since 1989 and has been a partner since 1994.
After successfully completing his business studies at the University of Cologne in 1989 with a focus on auditing, business taxation and tax law, he passed his tax advisor exam in 1993 and his auditor exam in 1997.
Joachim Möbius provides comprehensive advice to medium-sized entrepreneurs and companies, in particular in connection with succession planning and in the area of complex restructurings, also within corporate groups. Since the beginning of his career, he has advised on M&A transactions of all sizes.
