Background
Dr. Alexandra Mensdorff-Pouilly has been a Partner at SAXINGER since March 2025.
Before joining SAXINGER, she worked for many years as an attorney in renowned business law firms, gaining extensive experience in public law and procurement law. She began her legal career as an associate in a law firm specializing in procurement law.
Prior to her legal career, Dr. Mensdorff-Pouilly also worked in tax consulting, where she gained valuable insights into economic and tax-related matters.
She completed her law studies at the University of Vienna from 1995 to 1999, followed by a doctorate in law at the same institution.

Dr. Alexandra Mensdorff-Pouilly provides comprehensive legal advice in public law and procurement law, with a particular focus on IT, medical devices, facility management, and public transportation.
Her expertise covers the legal support of procurement procedures, from strategic planning and execution to representation in review proceedings. She advises both public contracting authorities and bidders in complex procurement projects.
