Christian Rutsch has been working for Schindhelm in Düsseldorf since September 2015 and is since 2017 partner.
From 1994 to 1999, Christian Rutsch studied law at the University in Münster with the main focus on business and commercial law. After the legal clerkship from 2000 to 2002, Christian Rutsch started his career as a lawyer, firstly in a law firm in Rheine. Bevor joining in early 2013 the law office Reiners Rogge, of which the majority joined the Schindhelm alliance in September 2015, Christian Rutsch worked for the law office SKW Schwarz.
Christian Rutsch advises and represents mainly companies, managing directors or board members, as well as employees, in all matters of individual and collective labor law. He has several years of experience in lawsuits at the labor courts and attended successfully the advanced training course for labor law.
Another main area of his practice is real estate law (construction and tenant law).
