Background

Anna Mazur-Milczanowska has been cooperating with the law firm SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since September 2020. Prior to joining SDZLEGAL Schindhelm, she worked in Wroclaw law firms and in her own law practice providing services to entities from large capital groups as well as from the construction, IT, manufacturing industries and State Treasury units. Additionally, between 2016 and 2018 she fulfilled the function of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Dalmor S.A. with its seat in Gdynia.

Between 2003 and 2008 she studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. In 2007, within the LLP Erasmus Program, she studied law in Vilnius at Mykolas Romeris Univeristetas.

Between 2008 and 2012 she completed her internship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw, and in 2012 she successfully passed the professional examination.

At SDZLEGAL Schindhelm she works in the corporate law and M&A department and is a member of the New Tech Desk team.

Within the scope of her specialization Anna Mazur-Milczanowska provides her clients with support in matters relating to the establishment, functioning and reorganization of companies, as well as with litigation assistance in commercial court proceedings. Moreover, as part of her day-to-day activities, she provides legal assistance to the firm's clients including the preparation, verification and analysis of commercial contracts.
