Ms. Schlüter is working as a lawyer at Schindhelm in Osnabrück since 2016.
She completed her law studies at the Julius-Maximilians University of Würzburg in 2014 with her first state examination.
After that she finished her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe and Cape Town (South Africa). She took her second state examination in law in the year 2016.
Ms. Schlüter advises predominantly SMEs in the area of intellectual property. Her consulting practice includes trademark, design and utility model law. Ms. Schlüter provides legal advice relating in particular to the trademark and utility models’ conflict checks and applications; conducting opposition and cancellation proceedings; management and monitoring of the IP portfolio (in Germany and abroad) and the enforcement of IP rights (warnings, preliminary injunctions, statements of claim).
