Customs Law

Customs law is growing in importance as a result of increasing globalism. SMEs are also having to deal more with issues of customs procedures, classifications in customs tariffs, ATLAS (Automated Tariff and Local Customs Processing System) and import tax.

In addition, there are also reference agreements and agreements on customs concessions between the EU and many third countries. These regulations are not known to many companies and thus represent, alongside the correct classification in the customs tariff, a good opportunity to reduce costs in the company.

Due to the specialist nature of the regulations, it is worthwhile obtaining competent advice here.
